Buy a  new 3G sim.  bsnl 3G (printed 128k sim card),

After activation of your  sim  recharge with 2G FRC..........E.G=  recharge with Rs.15  FRC

then check your free MB of Internet/GPSS plan by dialling   : :   *123*10#

Now send a message/sms   HELP to 53733   to change to 3G special plan.

then reply with  7 or which number showing  on msg you received

 6.

You will receive a confirmation message that "plan is now changed".

Now Use few Mb of your plan by switching 3G mode On....

 Then recharge your number with Rs . 98 2G/normal gprs plan.

Note: your mobile number must  be recharge before expiry date of your   GPRS validity every time. 

It

may takes  up-to 24 hours to give  3G  speed  recharging Rs.98 2G plan.

• You have to create two connections with any name like BSNL1 and BSNL 2 with the following settings. 

• Access Point Name-"celloneportal"

• Proxy Service Address- "192.168.51.163"

• Port---8080

• Security---Normal (remain all settings same as it is)

• (If this settings is not working, you have to use the working SETTINGS in your region.) 

• Now activate any of the two settings you created and try to access bsnl's homepage using your phone's default browser. You will be able to access it....!!

• Now just open any other  browser (eg: Opera mini,uc-web) with the seconds Settings keeping the default browser open with first setting.

• Now you will get"access denied" message.

• Keep both browsers working in background and open connection manager

• In connection manager just disconnect the first connection. Now open the default browser from background.Now you can access all sites for free.

Plese check you balance before using....as it not working all over india...!!
