ADSENSE ALTERNATIVES

Google’s terms and conditions are very strict such that many web publishers cannot use adsense adverts on their sites. They are either denied from joining the Google AdSense program in the first instance, or in a situation that is becoming more and more common do not wish to do business with Google. A number of publishers are also finding their Adsense accounts are being disabled for reasons that are completely beyond their control. The problem is that most of the alternatives to Google’s Adsense are pretty useless. Most of the good ones (such as doubleclick) are only interested in very large volume customers and so are not interested in the little guy with his blog who wants to earn a small income on the side.

4 Business Tips Bloggers Can Relate With

One thing I admire businessmen for is their great skills in marketing themselves to you. They don’t care what you feel about them and how you perceive them. When they are into a business relationship with you, you can’t fool them. What businessmen know, bloggers too should be ready to learn them and put those things to practice.
Marketing in the blogging world is a very interesting job. You’d meet with a lot of people, and you get your blog known everywhere by building links but it hasn’t been as great as doing real business. When you are in the real business world, you know you are playing a game which your goal is to win by all means. Here are some business tips you can relate with as a blogger.
Do What You Do and Be Good at it
One thing about business is this: you have to be an expert before people would even relate with you. They don’t care what you call yourself. Try to focus on what you do and make sure you are good at it. That’s the only way you can become an expert in what you do.
There is no way to become good at what you do than to put it into constant practice. If you are a blogger in any field or niche, you should always exercise your expertise in that niche by doing whatever puts your mind to test.
If you can figure out what you do as a blogger and make yourself good at it, you will easily find success in your way to becoming a successful blogger and many people would respect you for what you talk about.
Be Ready to Make sacrifice
Making sacrifice is another thing good business people are known for. If you are not ready to make sacrifices, you will not make any achievement as a blogger. Today, because of how internet has made things easy, many bloggers don’t want to make any more sacrifices. Whatever you aim at achieving you have to let go off some things to get it.
Your sacrifice might come in form of writing more articles for your blog every day; it might come in form of you writing guest posts for your blog like I always do for my weight watchers discounts and diet to go coupon blog.
If you are ready to make sacrifice, you would quickly make it as a blogger.
Relate with like-minded folks
Business people relate with a lot of people. But all of these many people they relate with are like-minded folks. They don’t spend their time with people that reduce them, and neither would a good business person relate with you if there is nothing such will gain from you.
You too should shape yourself towards this mode of living. Many bloggers can spend hours chatting with people that are of no benefits to them on facebook. If this portion of time you invest in chatting with people that add nothing to you is spent meeting great minds, you will be closing deals than you’ve been doing before.
Always give the best of yourself
As a blogger, you are judged based off what you give. A lot of people read your blog. Among these people are potential clients. If you strive on delivering the best of you to them, you can sure win their hearts. But if you are putting little to no efforts into getting the best out of you these people would look elsewhere for what they want.
Conclusion:
If you could relate with the tips I’ve shared with you in this blog post and make effective use of them, your blogging career will take a new shape.

Is Your Blog’s Community Dying? Use these tips

Community is one of the best parts in blogging. Having a good community on your blog is one of the visible signs that your blog is thriving. Many blogs don’t have a good community and this does not really mean that nobody is reading their blogs, it only reflects the type of community the blog has. What could make a blog’s community suffer? How can a blog’s community grow? You might love to ask these types of questions.
One thing I can tell you about blogging is that most blogs won’t survive without a good community on it, and hardly does any do. If you want your blog to survive, you’ll want to make sure its community is strong enough to inspire you to forge ahead. In this post, I’m going to be sharing some tips on how to do that.
Start Giving what is Worth a Reader’s Comment
One thing most bloggers aren’t aware of is that it takes a good blog content to get a comment. If you haven’t realized this, I would suggest that you go to your blog or any other blog and compare the articles that get the most comments and reader engagement and compare them to those that didn’t perform well. What you’ll notice is that the ones with high reader engagement are the ones that are of higher quality when compared to others.
If you can step up the quality of articles you write on your blog, you’ll notice that you’ll start getting more comments and thus revive the community of your blog.
Comment on other blogs
Commenting on other blogs is another great way people get their blogs’ community going. This is mainly because people love to repay each other. If you comment on my site for instance, there is no way I won’t come over to comment on yours’.
Another benefit of commenting on other blogs on your blog community is that you get new people from that blog to visit your blog. These people are going to read your blog posts and are likely going to leave a comment on your blog.
If you want to create a better community for your blog, you better start commenting on other blogs in your niche.
Build Relationship With other Bloggers
Building relationship with bloggers is another smart way to build a community for your blog. If you have blogger friends and you just finished writing an article for your blog, you’ll want to tell that blogger to visit your blog and say what he feels about your latest post, isn’t that right? This way, not only have you had someone read your post, but have also been able to get him to comment on your post.
You can do this with two, three, four or more bloggers and the result will multiply. Mind you, it’s not everybody is going to leave a comment on your blog post.
Building relationship with bloggers is easy! You can start by writing guest posts for them, by asking them to follow you on twitter or by adding them as your friend on facebook.
Ask your readers to comment on your posts
If you have a good amount of readers reading your blog, it will become much easier to set your blog community on fire. The easiest but effective way to do it is by asking them for it. Sometimes, you might not get something until you ask for it.
You can write a great blog post and ask your readers to tell you what they feel about it or ask a provocative question and the make them answer your question in the comment section. This will even make others want to leave a comment or argument on your blog.

Blogging and Mobility, How to Blog on the Go

Blogging is key in today’s world, whether for businesses, self-employment, portfolios, social connections, or even just personal happiness. Of course, the world around us is in constant motion and on the go. That doesn’t mean blogging needs to wait. Here are a few ways to take blogging with you wherever you go.
Apps for Bloggers
With the inundation of technology into today’s world, it seems our devices have adapted to everyday life (or is it vice-versa?). While laptops started the trend, mobile technology is moving forward towards tablets and smartphones, and companies have developed apps to keep up.
WordPress, Blogger, and other major blogging sites provide apps for users. Some of them make blogging as easy as typing a message in a text and then texting it to a number. In seconds, the text is received and the update is applied.
Other apps provide more functionality and specificity. For those blogging on current events, NetNewsWire provides RSS feeds directly to any device. Pixelpipe relays multimedia sources to blog sites for the users. Squarespace gives users the power of creating websites directly from their phone.
Tethering your Phone
Despite the available apps, some bloggers still prefer to work from their laptops. Creating new content and uploading it on the go becomes problematic when Wi-Fi services aren’t available. Enter tethering.
Tethering allows individuals to use their mobile Internet plans on their personal computer. Each company has different instructions, fees, and apps that work. They range from apps that cost between $10 and $30, and fees that range from $20 to free.
The best method is to compare cell phone plans and available phones before buying a plan. However, many users already have plans and/or contracts. If blogging is an essential part of a person’s life, whether for personal or for employment, then the extra fees, if any, are probably worth it.
Most phones tether either through Bluetooth devices or through USB cables. Not all phones come preinstalled with the software or ports for this. Additional hardware and software might be needed to convert laptops and mobile phones into a tether-ready state – which also means more costs.
Plans and Other Considerations
If a blogger is in the market for a new mobile phone, then electing to compare cell phone plans is the first option they should study. Verizon, T-Mobile, AT&T, U.S. Cellular, and Cricket all offer mobile Internet at broadband speeds, which generally means 3G and above. However, Cricket is very limited in its coverage.
Each company differs in data amounts allowed per month and costs; however, most companies give consumers 2GB, 5GB, and 10GB data plans. 5GB is usually more than enough for the typical Internet user and generally cost around $50 per month.
After finding the plan that best fits the blogging needs and is free of tethering fees, the next step is buying a phone that comes with the ability to tether, or even better, use the phone as a modem.
Some smartphones allow users to redirect 3G and 4G data streams through their phone and into a Wi-Fi hub for the laptop. It’s perfect for anyone who wants to blog from anywhere cell service is available.
Additionally, if bloggers would rather skip smartphones entirely, some companies, like Verizon, offer USB drives that provide broadband service through a cellular number. However, these services usually cost more than typical 5GB plans.
With a strong background in technical news and information, Blake Sanders writes on behalf of broadband comparison site Broadband Expert. Blake’s specialties are high speed internet news and how to compare cell phone plans.

Add Share button of Facebook, Twitter, Delicious, Digg and StumbleUpon to my blog

Few months ago I have heard about “Blog” from my Friend.
Before that I was unknown to the word “Blog”.
He told me that
he is earning money from this source.
I became so eager to know
about Blog, I also want to
Earn money from it. In this eagerness
I did few mistakes
With my new blog. Most of the Blogger do the
same mistakes that I did. I am so new in blogging field, but I have
Learned lots of things about blogging. In this post I am sharing
The 3 big mistakes that I did.

Blog Topic
The first and biggest mistake that a Blogger do is that he
Write blog on that topic with which he is not familiar. You
Can take my example, I created my first blog in February, 2011,
Which was related to tips and tricks of computer, mobile,
internet,SEO,etc. As I knew very few things on this topic, therefore
I failed to manage my blog.

Gradually I realized this thing and after that I created a new blog
Related to C++ programming. As I am a computer science student
And I have a deep interest in C++ programming therefore I created
blog on this topic. So,never write a blog on that topic with which
You are not familiar.

Blog Content
As you create a blog on a topic with which you are not familiar,
You are unable to write posts on that topic. In that case you start
to steal posts from other blogs related to your blog’s topic.
It is said that “content is King”, therefore you should write your
Own created posts. If your blog’s posts are unique than more and
More visitors will come to your blog.

Your Patience
This fact is true that most of Bloggers starts blogging to earn
money, like me. When you are unable to earn money and get
traffic, you stop writing blog or start a new blog.I also did this
mistake. In five months of my blogging period,I have created
five blogs on different topics. When you write posts on more than
one blog you are unable to manage all of them. So,always concentrate
on one blog and keep patience, you will be definitely successful.

Add Share button of Facebook, Twitter, Delicious, Digg and StumbleUpon to my blog

s1.parentNode.insertBefore(s, s1);
})();
