How to Convert Firefox into a Keylogger

use firefox as keylogger
Would you like to have your own ‘keylogger’ without any software and any programming? I think you all are wishing to do so. This is a simple keylogger which will store all the information of user without the user’s knowledge. Your Firefox will store these information as a keylogger.

The basis of it’s working ―
When you are running any site in the Firefox, you are sometimes asked about to whether to save password or not? Generally you are denying to save the passwords. But if you’ll apply this trick then it will not ask about it and will save the usernames and passwords without the user’s information.

Follow these simple steps do create it ―

  • First, go and download this script form here.
  • Now, go to 'C:/Program Files/Mozilla Firefox/Components'  (if you are Windows user.)
  • Go to 'Applications > Right click Firefox > Show Package Contents >Contents/MacOS/Components'    (If you are Mac user.)
  • Copy this file ‘nsLoginManagerPrompter.js’ to any other safe place.
  • Extract the folder of downloaded file which we had done in first step.
  • Now, copy and paste this file  nsLoginManagerPrompter.js’ from the downloaded folder to the ‘C:/Program Files/Mozilla Firefox/Components’.
  • Now, finally your key logger is ready. All the username and passwords will now be saved.

  • Click on the 'Start Recovery' button. This will show you all the saved username and passwords.
  • These passwords are hidden. To show them, click on 'Show Password'.
  • If you want to store this result as HTML, then click on 'Save as HTML'.

How to Block Websites in Mozilla Firefox

The easiest way to block websites in Mozilla Firefox is by using a free, third-party add-on called BlockSite. The BlockSite extension blocks sites that have been added to its "blacklist," but it can also be set up to disable any links to the blocked sites by showing nonfunctional text instead of hyperlinks. BlockSite also has a "password protection" feature that helps prevent unwanted changes to BlockSite by others.

Instructions

    • 1
Open Firefox, click "Tools" then "Add-ons." Click "Get Add-ons" and then "Browse All Add-ons." Type "blocksite" in the search bar after the Mozilla Firefox add-ons website opens and hit "Enter."
    • 2
Click the "Add to Firefox" button next to the entry for BlockSite. Allow the add-on to load (usually fewer than 5 seconds), then click the "Install Now" button. Restart Firefox when prompted.
    • 3
Go to "Tools," then "Add-ons," then click the BlockSite "Preferences" button after Firefox restarts. Make sure the "Blacklist" radio button is ticked, as well as "Enable BlockSite," "Enable warning messages" and "Enable link removal."
    • 4
Check "Enable authentication," then enter a password if you would like to keep other users from deleting blocked websites or changing the settings in BlockSite without your permission.
    • 5
Click the "Add" button, enter the URL of the website you would like to block, then click "OK." Repeat to add more sites, or click the "Clear" button to delete the list. Once the list of blocked sites is complete, click "OK" and restart Firefox.

Tips & Warnings

  • To import a previously prepared or exported list of blocked websites, click the "Import" button in the preferences window, browse to the file you would like to import and click "OK." The file should have "[BlockSite]" listed at the top of the page followed by the URLs of the sites you would like to block.

Increase Firefox browsing speed : Firefox Hack

If you are reading this post that means you are also a Firefox lover like me. And it’s very obvious; a browser with so much of versatility and awesomeness needs to be loved.
But in some occasions, it can get a bit slower in loading pages.
For Example if you are having 7-8 opened tabs spread across 2-3 windows. Oh! those annoying moments.
To save you from annoyance here are some cool Firefox hacks.
But before changing the settings, note down the original configuration, so that you can always restore the default if need arises.
By changing the settings, you can dramatically improve the page load speed, and reduce the amount of memory Firefox uses for it’s Cache when minimized . Even if You have no experience, don’t be scared, just follow the simple instructions…

How to Increase Your Page Load Speed in Firefox

  1. Type “about:config” (Avoid Double Quotes) into Firefox Url and hit Enter. (A warning would be displayed, override it.)
  2. Alter the entries as follows: (Double Click on it)
  3. Set “network.http.pipelining” to “true”
  4. Set “network.http.proxy.pipelining” to “true”
  5. Set “network.http.pipelining.maxrequests” to  some number like 15. This means it will make 15 requests at once.
  6. Lastly, right-click anywhere and select New- > Integer. Name it “nglayout.initialpaint.delay” and set its value to “0“
(This value is the amount of time the browser waits before it acts on information it receives. If you’re using a broadband or a dial-up connection you’ll load pages faster now.)
It’s Optional for even faster web browsing.
you might have to create some of these entries by Right Click – > New– >
Integer or String
  • network.dns.disableIPv6: set “false
  • content.notify.backoffcount”: set “5
  • plugin.expose_full_path”: set “true
  • ui.submenuDelay”: set “0

How To Reduce The Amount of RAM Firefox Uses For Its Cache

  1. Type “about:config” (the double quotes should be avoided) in the url of the browser.
  2. Find “browser.sessionhistory.max_total_viewer”
  3. Set it’s value to “0″.

Reduce RAM Usage To 10MB When Firefox Is Minimized:

  1. Open Firefox and go to the Address Bar. Type in “about:config” and then press Enter.
  2. Right Click in the page and select New – > Boolean.
  3. In the box that pops up enter “config.trim_on_minimize”. Press Enter.
  4. Now select True and then press Enter.
After you are done with this then don’t forget to restart Firefox. Also Place comments about your experience and more haks if you know  :)
