How to add letter to Google Drive in Windows

t has not been even a month for Launching of Google Drive.You can use this Cloud storage to sync your files and settings across devices, collaborate in real-time with colleague and you can do much more things.In past few days we had shared the Google Drive for Windows,now think if you can add a drive letter to your Google Drive's folder,it will be great! and will make your work faster.Just follow the below steps..

How to Mount Google Drive in Windows
  • First of all download and install "Visual Subst" from here
  • Now after installing, select a drive letter that isn't already have been taken in your computer, 
  • Now click on the magnifying glass icon a browse for the Google Drive folder. In Windows. the path should be 
“C:\Users\[username]\Google Drive”.

  • Now click on the "Apply virtual drives on Windows startup" and after that click the green plus icon.
  • After the association has been made, the virtual drive should be display in the list.
