How to extend Windows 8 Trial Period to one more Year

If you are using Windows 8 Developer Preview than this post is very important for you.As we all know that Microsoft has released the Developer Preview of it's upcoming Operating System, Windows 8.Microsoft had set the expiry date of Windows 8 Developer Preview to 11 March 2012.After that period your Windows will expire.

Now here Following questions arises,

Q. Can we use Windows 8 Developer Preview,if it has been expired ?


Of Course! Yes! but there is one problem.After March 11 2012,You will receive messages and accessing different-different Windows 8 Applications like on Windows Activation Screen,on Personalize Pane and on Control Panel that "Your Windows has been expired".

Q. How to use Windows 8 Developer Preview for one more year?

Microsoft has given the solution,to those who want to use Windows 8 DP for one more Year.
Just you have to install KB2671501 Update in your PC.This update will extend the Windows 8 Expiry date to 15 January 2013.Which means that you got one more year in your hand.

If you have yet not Download Windows 8 Developer Preview,than Please wait for few days,as Microsoft is going to launch Windows 8 Consumer Preview on 29 February 2012.for more information click here
