How to create custom toolbar in Windows 8 to launch programs or files quickly

As we all know that Windows 8 comes without any Start menu,So,it becomes quiet difficult for us to manage our work fastly.If you want to increase the speed for your Windows work,then here is something interesting for you! Below is a small tutorial which will tell you how to make custom toolbar in Windows 8 for quickly launching your desired files or programs.
How to create custom toolbar in Windows 8
  • First of all make a new folder on your Windows 8 Desktop and place all your shortcuts or program which you want to access in your custom toolbar.
  • Now Right click on the taskbar and from "Toolbars" option click on "New toolbar"

  • Now a dialog box will appear,
  • Just copy paste the below address in the address bar of the dialog box
C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs
Just change "username" to your computer username in the above address..
  • Now if you want to add the programs from your newly created folder,then just choose that folder and you will get a tool bar in the right side of your Windows 8 taskbar.
  • To remove the toolbar, right-click the taskbar -> Toolbars -> Uncheck Launcher
